CAPT Lisa Becker
Continuing Education
CAPT Lisa Becker has been a pharmacist for the Indian Health Service for eighteen years. During this time she has served in various roles as staff pharmacist, assistant director, and director at several IHS locations and is currently serving in a clinical pharmacist role at Claremore Indian Hospital in Oklahoma. In addition, she has been active in health promotion and patient education activities, including co-authoring a grant for patient education at Claremore and currently serves as co-lead for the evaluation subcommittee of the PHS National Tobacco Training Program. She manages the anticoagulation clinic and co-manages the smoking cessation clinic at Claremore. She also served as adjunct instructor at a local community college for the pharmacy technology program for many years.
CAPT Timothy Murray
Cardiology
CAPT Timothy Murray received his Bachelors and Doctorate of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy. CAPT Murray completed an ASHP General Pharmacy practice residency at the Claremore Indian Hospital and upon completion accepted a joint clinical position with the Claremore Indian Hospital and the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy. CAPT Murray currently serves as the Inpatient Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator, Internal Medicine pharmacist, hospital pharmacy residency program director, and manager of the Congestive Heart Failure clinic, Adult Cardiology Clinic, and Pacemaker/Defibrillator Clinic. CAPT Murray is a board-certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS), holds Advanced Qualifications in Cardiology and is nationally credentialed in the Indian Health Service as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (NCPS). CAPT Murray is an active member of APhA, ACCP, Heart Failure Society of America, and the Commissioned Officers Association.
CDR Jodi Tricinella
Hypertension
CDR Jodi Tricinella graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University in 1999. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center College of Pharmacy in 2005. She completed an ASHP accredited pharmacy general practice residency at Claremore Indian Hospital in 2006. She is currently practicing in the Indian Health Service as the Inpatient Pharmacy Director at Claremore Indian Hospital, where she also works in the congestive heart failure clinic, cardiology clinic, and serves on multiple hospital committees. She served as a member of the USPHS Pharmacist Professional Advisory Committee (PharmPAC) from 2011 to 2014 serving as a co-lead for the communications subcommittee and lead of the PAC Chairs Group: Combined Category Communication Committee (PCG: C4). She is currently on the IHS Antibiotic Stewardship Workgroup. Jodi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She is a board-certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) and is nationally credentialed in the Indian Health Service as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (NCPS).
LCDR John Bousum
Diabetes, Applications
LCDR John Bousum graduated from the University Of Oklahoma College Of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy in 2008 and has served in the U.S. Public Health Service for eight years. He began his career as a pharmacy resident at the Claremore Indian Hospital before serving as the Director of the Inpatient Pharmacy at the Chinle Comprehensive Healthcare Facility for two years. Since then, LCDR Bousum has served as a clinical pharmacist at the Claremore Indian Hospital, providing clinical care in anticoagulation, cardiovascular risk reduction, heart failure, hepatitis C, and tobacco cessation. LCDR Bousum holds NCPS certification in anticoagulation, cardiovascular risk reduction, and tobacco cessation.
LCDR John Collins
Anticoagulation, Program Development, Web Development and Secruity
LCDR John Collins graduated from the University Of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy in 2008. He attained his Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) and National Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (NCPS) certifications in 2011. He currently serves at Claremore Indian Hospital as the Outpatient Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator and on the National Clinical Pharmacy Specialist committee as the Applications Coordinator and Data Analyst. His clinical practice includes anticoagulation, diabetes, dyslipidemia, hepatitis-C treatment, hypertension, and tobacco cessation. LCDR Collins is also adjunctive faculty at the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy with duties including precepting fourth year Pharm.D. candidates and Seminar in Advanced Pharmacy Practice.
LCDR Russell Kern
Antimicrobial Stewardship
LCDR Russell Kern provides clinical pharmacy services at the Claremore Indian Hospital to the Internal Medicine department with an emphasis on infectious disease and antimicrobial stewardship. He is a provider in the Pharmacy-Managed Congestive Heart Failure and Anticoagulation Clinics. LCDR Kern is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and a National Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Anticoagulation and Congestive Heart Failure.
LCDR David Stecco

LCDR David Stecco graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology in 2006 then with a Doctor of Pharmacy in 2010. He is a National Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (NCPS) in Congestive Heart Failure and Anticoagulation. He served as a clinical pharmacist for more than 5 years at the Claremore Indian Hospital and has been serving as a Clinical Applications Coordinator (CAC) since November 2015. In addition, he is currently serving as Executive Secretary of the Information Technology Professional Advisory Committee (ICAC).
LCDR Narcisso Soliz
Tobacco Cessation
LCDR Narcisso Soliz graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) in 2007. He is a is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) and National Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (NCPS) in 5 disease states including the area of Nicotine Dependence and is the clinic manager of the Claremore IHS Smoking Cessation Program. He volunteers as American Lung Association Freedom From Smoking ® Facilitator. He developed an ASHP approved smoking cessation residential learning experiential and rotation site for pharmacy residents and pharmacy interns. As a result of LCDR Soliz’s accomplishments in training pharmacy interns in the area of smoking cessation, he was awarded Distinguished Preceptor of the Year by SWOSU for 2014. He also serves as a co-lead for the Training Resource Development Subcommittee of the national PHS Tobacco Cessation Access Work group in partnership with Rx for Change®.
